Shipping Charges

Delivery Address and Contact Information

Missed Deliveries
  • If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will typically try to deliver the package up to two more times.

  • If delivery still cannot be completed, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment; however, additional charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items
  • If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Undeliverable Packages
  • Packages may be returned to us if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or if the recipient is unavailable.

  • We will notify you and attempt to arrange a re-delivery. Shipping costs for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.

International Shipping

Returns & Refunds
  • Due to the collectible and fragile nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after approval.

  • Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or customized/pre-ordered items.
